- "Services" refers to the automotive detailing services offered by Horizon Auto Works, including full exterior detailing, interior cleaning and sanitisation, paint correction, ceramic coating application, headlight restoration, waxing and polishing, scratch removal, odour elimination, and leather conditioning.

By using our site or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our site or services.
3. Service Bookings and Appointments
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will honour the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information to ensure the correct service is booked.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24-48 hours) to avoid potential cancellation fees. Specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Vehicle Condition and Preparation
- While we strive for excellence, the final outcome of certain services (e.g., paint correction, scratch removal) may be limited by the original condition of the vehicle's surfaces.
- Clients are advised to remove all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to the service. Horizon Auto Works is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left within the vehicle.
- Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle should be disclosed to our team prior to the service commencement.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or on our site.
- In the event of non-payment, Horizon Auto Works reserves the right to withhold the vehicle until full payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Horizon Auto Works will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, or for any damage that occurs as a direct result of improper maintenance or inherent defects of the vehicle's components.
- Our liability for any direct loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Horizon Auto Works or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
